RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Sushi Club Store prides itself on the accuracy and turnaround time of our products.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items. (Note that we do not include shipping fees in the gift card amount.)

Please note that all footwear and collaborative products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of these items, we are unable to accept any return requests for collaborations once the purchase is complete.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer returns for most items within 14 business days of delivery. However, our return policy does not apply to purchases made for resale purposes.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that an order was placed with the intent to resell the product(s), we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request related to that order.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Bulk purchases of the same item
  • Repeated purchases of high-demand products
  • Orders placed using business or third-party shipping addresses

We may cancel future orders and/or restrict access to our services if resale activity is suspected.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

On your commercial invoice, please mark the return shipment as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING”.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items purchased using a promotional discount code may only be returned for store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

All sale items are final sale

IMPORTANT

Note that returned product must be in new condition, unworn, and with original packaging to qualify for store credit.

Sushi Club LLC is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Sushi-club.com will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
